SigSource is a 6000++ members design community that started as a signature (for forum) community.
On September 2007, Ara who recently bought SigSource approached us to do a total refresh (new logo, new website design) for SigSource. The static website was also desperately needs CMS to simplify regular tasks (creating new tutorial, design articles, etc.).
Logo
Title: Pencil language.
Description: Each of the double horizontal ‘S’ (Sigsource initial) representing the designers. They communicate in art language (symbolized in pencils).

System
We use Drupal. At first, we had trouble on synchronizing the members with the forum (Invision Power Board). There are several Drupal modules that supports IPB sync. But we learn that it's quite buggy.
Then, somehow Ara found the answer for the problem. It's the vBDrupal! (Drupal modified system that really supports vBulletin naturally). It was really our luckiest day!
But after that, we were unlucky on the early import process from IPB to vBulletin ... There are several wild HTML posts that need to be deleted, etc. And each import process try-out took lots of time (tons of posts).
So after endless discussions and development, we finally launched it May 14, 2008.
I have to say that you did a great job with the over all feel with sigsource, ive been on the admin team at sigsource for some years and we did discuss changing the site layout and feel a short while before Ara bought it, tbh it woulda been hard to come up with what you did, great job guys.
